Refund policy

All products are handmade, therefore no product will be identical. All sales are final. 

Exchanges - We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. Product will be exchanged only for the same item. Send us an email at info@jadescrown.com 

We are not responsible for lost/stolen items or items returned to sender due to customer error. If a product is returned due to being undeliverable due to customer error, that customer is responsible for full shipping and/or reshipping charges. If an item is lost/stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
